The UrbanVista VIP Membership Program (the “VIP Program”) is offered by UrbanVista (“UrbanVista,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone (“you” or “member”) who enrolls in the VIP Program at checkout. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
